Built for how people actually buy

In Egypt and much of the region, most orders are paid on delivery — and a large share of them are refused at the door, returned, or were never real to begin with. The store pays the shipping either way.

Email does not fix it, because almost nobody opens the email. WhatsApp does: it is where customers already are, and it is where a one-tap "Confirm" actually gets tapped.

So we built WhatPro — a Shopify app that connects your own WhatsApp Business number and handles the conversations that decide whether an order survives: confirming it, recovering it when the cart is abandoned, updating it while it ships, and asking for a review once it lands.

We are a small, independent team. We ship fast, we answer our own support, and we would rather say no to a feature than ship one that makes your customers hate you.
