Up and running in about 10 minutes

1. 1. Install from the Shopify App Store

   WhatPro installs like any Shopify app and asks for the permissions it needs to read your orders and customers.

2. 2. Connect your WhatsApp number

   From Settings → WhatsApp, sign in with Facebook and pick (or create) your WhatsApp Business account. Use a number that is not active on the regular WhatsApp app. Meta verifies it with a code.

3. 3. Pick your first automation

   Start with COD order confirmation — it is the one that pays for itself fastest. Edit the message in your own words and choose the buttons.

4. 4. Save and wait for Meta approval

   Saving submits the message to Meta as a template. Approval usually takes a few minutes; the flow shows the status live.

5. 5. Turn it on

   Once approved, activate the flow. The next matching order triggers a real message — send a test order first to see it end to end.
