Common questions
Do I pay WhatsApp fees on top?
Yes. Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account, at its published rates. They are not part of your WhatPro subscription.
What counts as a message?
Each WhatsApp message WhatPro sends on your behalf counts once against your plan’s monthly allowance. Replies you receive are free.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down, from inside the app. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify prorates the difference.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel whenever you want — see the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
