Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you (the merchant) and WhatPro. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. The service
WhatPro connects your Shopify store to your WhatsApp Business number and sends the messages you configure — order confirmations, abandoned-cart reminders, review requests and similar automations — plus a shared inbox for replies on paid plans.
Features differ by plan. We may add, change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you first.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be able to enter a binding contract and must operate a legitimate business. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Plans, billing and trials
- Subscriptions are billed through Shopify, in the currency and cycle shown when you subscribe. Shopify collects payment and applies its own billing terms.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Plans include a monthly message allowance. Going beyond your plan’s limits may require an upgrade.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a billing period you already paid for.
4. WhatsApp fees are separate
WhatPro’s subscription does not include WhatsApp conversation fees. Meta charges those directly to the WhatsApp Business account you connect, at Meta’s published rates. We do not control or refund them.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the messages you send. You agree not to:
- Message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have opted out.
- Send spam, deceptive, unlawful, hateful or harassing content.
- Use WhatPro for products or claims that break the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta’s Commerce Policies.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
6. Your responsibilities as sender
You are the sender of record for every message. You must have a lawful basis and the required consent to message your customers, honour opt-out requests, and comply with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you. Meta may restrict or ban a WhatsApp number that breaks its policies; that decision belongs to Meta, not to us.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep WhatPro running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Delivery also depends on Shopify, Meta and the recipient’s network. Support is available at info@whatpro.app.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is used unlawfully — with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
WhatPro and its software remain ours. Your store data, customer data and message content remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use WhatPro after a material change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
